Since its incorporation in 1991, Lee Engineering has transformed from a local contractor into a nationally recognized EPCIOM leader performing brilliantly in the league of multi-national service providing company. Its expertise spans the entire project lifecycle, from conceptual engineering and detailed design through procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and operations and maintenance.
In 2007, the company expanded into full-scope O&M services, and between 2013 and 2016, it successfully executed the complete O&M of OML 34 after the revamp and performance improvement of the project demonstrating its competence in managing and optimizing mission-critical national assets.
At the core of its technical capacity is its ultra-modern manufacturing and fabrication yard in Warri, a landmark facility developed through an investment exceeding $100 million. The yard is equipped for the design, fabrication, and assembly of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, process skids, and other critical oil and gas equipment, cementing Lee Engineering’s role as a driver of local content and industrialization in Nigeria.
